Description

As a UI/UX Designer at RA3D, you will play a critical role in shaping the look, feel, and overall user experience of a high-quality mobile application in the e-commerce sector. You will be responsible for creating intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly designs that align with user needs and business goals. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to transform requirements into engaging interfaces and seamless experiences across multiple devices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of mobile interfaces, ensuring they are intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and consistent across platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand requirements and translate them into user-centric design solutions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that communicate design intent clearly.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on solutions.
• Define and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Stay up-to-date on design trends, tools, and best practices in mobile app design.

Qualifications & Experience

• 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile app projects.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).
• Solid understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices for mobile platforms (iOS & Android).
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Ability to create and maintain design systems and reusable components.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, able to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Comfortable working in Agile environments and adapting quickly to evolving requirements.

Work Requirements

• Project-Based, office can be provided
• Working Hours: Riyadh Time Zone flexible working
• Must be able to meet once a week (central Riyadh)
